Simulation outputs represent estimates based on industry benchmarks and the parameters you provide. They do not constitute a guarantee of advertising performance or results.
3. Website Use
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

3.2 Simulation Tool
The ProSocial Intelligence Simulator is provided as an informational tool to help businesses estimate potential advertising outcomes. Use is subject to a rate limit of one simulation per IP address per six-hour period. Outputs are projections only and should not be relied upon as financial or business advice. Actual results will vary based on market conditions, campaign execution, creative quality, and other factors outside our control.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, software, and the ProSocial Intelligence methodology and tools, is the property of Pro Social Content doo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 5. Client Service Terms
5.1 Service Agreements
Engagement of our marketing services is governed by a separate written service agreement or proposal accepted by both parties. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
5.2 Payment
Service fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in the applicable agreement or at the statutory rate under Serbian law.
5.3 Month-to-Month Engagement
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, our services operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in. Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for services rendered prior to the effective termination date remain due and payable.
5.4 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to advertising accounts, accurate business information, and prompt feedback required for campaign execution. ProSocial Agency is not liable for delays or underperformance resulting from failure to provide required access or information.
5.5 Ad Spend
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, and others) are separate from ProSocial Agency service fees. Clients are responsible for funding their own advertising accounts directly. ProSocial Agency does not hold client ad spend funds.
6. Results and Performance
Digital advertising results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competitive landscape, audience behavior, platform algorithm changes, creative quality, and budget. ProSocial Agency applies professional expertise and our ProSocial Intelligence system to optimize campaign performance, but we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, return on ad spend (ROAS), or lead volumes. Any projections or case study results referenced on this website represent past performance or modeled estimates and are not a guarantee of future results.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in connection with the service relationship, including client business data, advertising performance data, pricing, and strategic information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for a period of two years. ProSocial Agency may reference the client relationship for portfolio or case study purposes using anonymized or aggregated data, unless the client provides written objection.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Social Content doo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, arising from use of our website or services, advertising platform changes or account suspensions, reliance on projections provided through our simulation tool, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.
Our total aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro Social Content doo and its principals, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve the use of third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others. Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service and advertising policies. ProSocial Agency is not responsible for platform policy changes, account decisions made by platforms, or any disruption to services caused by third-party platform actions.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Novi Sad, Serbia.
12. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. The campaign simulation tool is an informational resource and should not be used as the sole basis for advertising budget decisions.
